We’ve been helping homeowners, developers, architects and housing organisations understand and improve building performance since Energy Performance Certificates were first introduced in 2007. A lot has changed since then. Our commitment to independent, accurate, impartial assessments hasn’t.

Who we are

A multi-discipline team with one focus

Generate Building Performance Solutions was established in 2013 to bring together the full range of building energy and compliance services under one roof. Our team spans energy assessment, SAP modelling, retrofit, planning compliance and heat loss — with the specialist partners to handle everything in between.

We work across the full spectrum: from a homeowner needing a straightforward EPC to a developer managing a complex mixed-use scheme with multiple compliance workstreams. Whatever the project, the approach is the same — accurate, independent, delivered on time.

Based in Hertfordshire, we cover London, the home counties and beyond, with particular strength across the residential and light commercial sectors.
